He not only educated us about the current limitations and defects with our current windows but also walked us through the greatly superior windows he would install for us and the differences it would make throughout the seasons. He was always timely during his appointments and was hands-on throughout the entire process. The windows he installed look amazing and we were able to feel a noticeable difference the first day of having the new windows installed.
