We had such a wonderful experience working with Casey when looking to replace the windows in our home. He not only educated us about the current limitations and defects with our current windows but also walked us through the greatly superior windows he would install for us and the differences it would make throughout the seasons. He was always timely during his appointments and was hands-on throughout the entire process. The windows he installed look amazing and we were able to feel a noticeable difference the first day of having the new windows installed. We couldn't be happier with the hardware, craftsmanship, and service.

From the service, to the communication, to the work, to even cleanup, Casey showed so much care for our home, it made the entire process so much easier. He never rushed us to make decisions and explained everything in detail about the products that we were using in our home. The crew cleaned up and it looked as though they were never there - very respectful of our home! 5 Star through and through!

He is always punctual and goes to great lengths to explain everything in detail to his customers and listens to your concerns. They are very professional, confident & competent. One of our neighbors recommended Michon. We are very happy he did.
