Casey showed up exactly when he said he would and was completely honest and straightforward throughout the entire process. We are not the easiest clients to please, but in the end we are very happy with the results. While Michon wasn’t the lowest bid we received, it was clear that the quality of their materials and workmanship was far superior. That absolutely proved true once the job was complete. Casey is a man of his word and is like family to us now. If he says he is going to do something, he will. We even had an issue with a broken window after installation, and he came back promptly to replace it with no problem. The project was completed quickly and efficiently, even with a lot of moving pieces involved. Everything stayed on schedule and within budget, which we truly appreciated. Romero was excellent with the crew and consistently kept communication open. He made sure we were included in any problem solving decisions and took the time to explain options clearly. The crew arrived bright and early each day and put in long hours to ensure the job was finished on time. Their work ethic, and attention to detail really stood out. We called Michon Siding for a roof and gutter guard estimate. Casey arrived on time, was friendly, and his quote was very fair. We decided to hire him and he advised they could start the early part of September. Sure enough, he and his crew arrived on the date he said and they were on time. They started working right away and finished everything in one day (our house is a ranch). The crew was very careful with the items around the house, including the plants, which was important to me! They picked up all the debris and left the area very clean. The new roof looks great and makes the house look better. I highly recommend Casey for your next roof project!
