Let’s start with the siding renovation! We started by tearing off the old, dated and inefficient aluminum siding and pressboard insulation. Next, our dedicated and experienced local contractors and exterior specialists installed a Tyvek vapor barrier wrap around the whole home. We added a ½” of additional insulation and custom field-fabricated flashing to tightly seal and reinforce the installation and the connections between the wall and siding (with absolutely no caulking!). The field fabricated flashing was installed on all of the windows and the doors as well! This creates a clean and consistent look throughout the entire exterior of the home, with added support for year round comfort. Once the Tyvek wrap and insulation was installed, our team then began installing the new siding along the exterior of the house. 

For this project, we swapped out outdated siding for industry leading Alside Composite Cladding Horizontal Siding in a stunning Harbor Blue color. Beyond the curb appeal, this siding is a powerhouse for elevated energy efficiency levels, keeping the home comfortable year-round. We accented the front gable with Board & Batten Premium Vertical Composite Cladding Siding in a riviera dusk color. We tied the whole look together with crisp White TrimWorks corners for a clean, high-contrast finish.

For the soffit, we installed Alside’s Hidden Aerated Charter Oak Soffit in a white color. The soffit features hidden aeration openings found inside the panel’s grooves. These crucial design features provide necessary air flow that reduces heat and humidity build-up in attics. With its exclusive TriBeam(r) System, Charter Oak is known in the industry as being one of the most rigid vinyl soffit products. It effortlessly spans uneven surfaces, delivering even course lines while resisting sagging in the long run. To ensure this home is as durable as it is beautiful, our technicians installed a custom aluminum trim beveled frame & overlap system for all of the windows and doors (color: White). We paired this precision trim with a high-performance drainage package, including seamless gutters (0.032 thickness), oversized downspouts, and premium gutter guards—in a White finish.

The best part? These newly installed gutter guards guarantee a maintenance-free exterior. Plus, the homeowner can rest easy knowing this project is backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all materials used.

The garage and entryway received a major facelift to match the home’s new look. We upgraded the garage with a crisp White, Noninsulated, Raised Colonial Style door. For the main entrance, we installed a custom Albany custom door (Model 39 DOR-BK FB Fir Grain). To ensure a perfect match for both the exterior and interior, the home owners went with Montgomery White on the outside and a classic White on the inside. We completed the entryway by professionally reinstalling the existing front storm door for a seamless finish.
