We completed the roofing with a brand new ridge vent, new vents, and a new lead pipe. We completed this portion of the project with new chimney flashing (color: Driftwood). What a difference!

For the soffit, we installed a Reinforced Premium Vinyl Vented Soffit. With its exclusive TriBeam(r) System, Charter Oak is known in the industry as being one of the most rigid vinyl soffit products. It effortlessly spans uneven surfaces, delivering even course lines while resisting sagging in the long run. We completed the exterior renovation by replacing the gutters with new coordinating seamless gutters that feature oversized downspouts.
